Electron has a 12-month warranty on the frame which means that if something on your scooter breaks that is on the frame we will send you spare parts for free. The warranty only works if it is a factory problem and not if the person riding it broke it.
From the date of the purchase, you as the customers have a guarantee of 14 days. This means that you can send it back to our factory within that 14 day period. Electron will not be paying for the shipping cost to our facility.
Always wear a helmet. Electron will not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents involving the scooter. Neither will electron take responsibility for reckless driving. All the responsibility goes to the owner of the scooter or the person driving our vechile.
We can not guarantee that our scooters are legal on the road. Neither will we take responsibility for illegal driving. All the responsibility is on the owner of the scooter. Please read your country's laws for driving the scooters.
Our distribution takes 1-2 business days. When the package is shipped it will be arrived to your door if it goes like it should. You have no responsibility for the shipping, everything is on us.
